A Wonderful Wedding - And A Little Robot

I loved working with Katy and Greg on their beautiful summer wedding at the Woodmark Hotel in Kirkland.
Kathy and Greg are both working in the computer industry and their goal to incorporate fun little tech-y details throughout their wedding day was a super fun task - you will see below. Their color palette of blues, green, creams/white was just perfect for a fun and elegant party at Lake Washington's shore. All in all a wonderful wedding day which was flawlessly coordinated by Merry Beth Turpin of Aisle of View.

For the ceremony we used two tall trees which were completely covered and blooming in white orchids. The base of the trees was "growing" from a bed of flowers, moss, and rocks, giving it a natural feel.

By far my favorite little detail: the robot ring bearer which Greg built for Katy. In fact he built and used it a couple years earlier to "deliver" his marriage proposal to her! Can't get over how cute that is!

Lush mixed centerpieces in mainly cream, with pops of light blue and green decorated all the dinner tables.

The fun details made this wedding day so memorable and beautiful: round menu cards under the round charger plates ...
...beautiful stationary and favors reflecting the theme of the day ...

... and one of my favorites: the little sugar male and female robots as cake toppers. How cute is that!! And so Seattle!!

Beautiful overlay linens by Choice Linens ...

.. and the spectacular up-lighting of the tent by GreenLight. Simply stunning!
