I loved Gena and Alex and Gena's adorable mom Jeanne right from the start. Fun, sweet, lovely people!! What a wonderful time we had together meeting, planning, and plotting the various decor elements for their big day last November at DeLille Cellars.
The venue is super-romantic to start with but the lush floral in white and green, 100s of candles, beautiful linens and chairs, and many beautiful details created an even more welcoming atmosphere that was elegant and stylish - all perfectly coordinated by Jenny Harding of New Chapters Weddings!
Lucas Mobley did a wonderful job capturing the many details and wonderful moments. I love these fun images of the couple - they speak volumes of their sweet personality!
For the ceremony in front of the large stone fireplace we used hurricanes, votive candles, crystal candelabras, and lush floral in asymmetrical fashion to create a romantic setting and warm atmosphere - perfect for a rainy November evening.
Similar to the ceremony, the reception in the tent glowed in romantic candle light and warm wall up-lighting. The decor in white on white with a hint of glam was so elegant and sophisticated.
DeLille is one of the few venues around that allows open flames and pillar candles (shhhh, don't tell anyone ...), so the many candelabras came to full beauty! So pretty and romantic!!
And isn't this gorgeous cake by Honey Crumb Cake Studio to die for!?
